Record or upload a sample
Choose a clear recording of one speaker, no longer than 30 seconds, without music or background noise.

Name and create the voice
Name the voice, confirm it is yours or you have permission to clone it, then create the voice.

Write your text and listen
Choose the voice in the studio and enter the text you want to hear.
Create a voice through the API
Use your API key and recording in the request below. Replace <DIALECT_ID> with the dialect code that matches the recording. The response gives you a voice ID for speech requests. See the cloning API guide for setup and supported codes.
