These terms cover the Sawtak Arabi website, dashboard and API. Creating an account or using the service means you accept them. Questions: [email protected].

Accounts and use

You must be at least 18. Keep your API keys and any password you set secure. If you act for an organisation, you confirm you can accept these terms for it. Follow our Acceptable Use Policy, including its requirement to obtain a speaker's consent before cloning their voice. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of your text, uploads, voices and generated audio. You allow us to process them to provide the service. We do not use your content to train our models. The service, our models and our name remain ours; do not resell or reverse engineer the service, evade its limits or use its output to train a competing speech model.

Credits and beta service

Text to Speech is charged per character and Speech to Text per second of audio at the rates shown on your billing page. Eligible new accounts receive promotional starting credit after email verification. It has no cash value and is not refundable. Additional credit is handled through support during the beta; we hold no card details. Service stops at a zero balance rather than invoicing you. We will email you before a price change affects you.

The service is in beta, provided “as is” and “as available,” without an uptime commitment. Speech and transcripts can be wrong; review them before important use. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice when we can.

Liability and changes

See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We will email you before a significant change to these terms takes effect. Continued use after the change means you accept it.
